high gear IHC #9 sickle mower

I have a "high gear IHC #9 sickle mower" on my farm and I was wanting to know if anyone would be kind enough to tell me a few things about it? It looks to have everything intact and nothing looks to be missing except 2 teeth. How much are they worth? Can I find parts to restore this. Is there a serial # to tell me when it was manufactured? Im sure my great grandfather used it, or maybe his father. I also have a cotton chopper I would like to know about.
