Don't know Jon if I could tell the difference between scam 2nd chance offers or the real thing, (I never get them) But ANYTHING that is even suspect I delete. I have sold parts overseas too. several very legitamate sales to men who had poor english. you just get so you can tell the real ones. But I know what you mean as a seller, I very seldom have a 2nd chance offer accepeted and I quite often send them when I have duplicate items.
