Yes but Sprout W is in a very good position to be ABLE to do something about it. He has the connections, and knows exactly who to contact. I think he is doing us all a favor by not just hitting the delete button and ignoring it. There are way too many of these scams going on for any one to investigate all of them, but when a member of the law enforcement community gets scammed, he has a responsibility to at least report it.
