International 340 Utility

I bought an International 340 Utility today with serial number 2975 S on the right side of clutch housing. Am I correct in my research that this tractor is a 1959? Hood says International, not Farmall and the badge says 340 Utility. It has 5 speed with t/a, power steering, remote hydralics, quick hitch with live pto. Came with IH loader and is in good operating condition, normal faded paint but runs great and everything works as it should. Looking forward to using her this summer and getting her back to her former glory. It will be taking over duties from a TO-30 Ferguson, good little tractor, but I'm partial to the red and whites myself.
