The tractor vet is right that it should be flowrated just to make sure that it is the relief valve and not the hitch pump. Symptoms of a good pump is that there is good flow(9 to 12 gpm at full rpm pending on pump) and having low pressure and it gets worse as it warms up just means a bad relief valve. This valve is located along side the aux valve stack accessing it from the rear of the tractor and a 7/8 socket(if I'm remembering the right size) will take it out.
