The part number for the gasoline engine manifold for the 424 tractor is 388584 R11. According to my parts CD, the engine in the 424 was only used on the 424 and 2424 (industrial version) and some small crawlers, etc. The manifold had a flange on the exhaust for connection of an underslung exhaust. If you are using a vertical exhaust, it's possible some other manifolds might work. Maybe someone else can help on that.
