Bull pinion gear for 15-30

Does anyone have a lead on a new or good condition bull pinion gear part # 11336D or DA? All the ones I have found are worse than mine. I have looked into getting a new pinion made but the cost would be $1200. Has anyone tried having the teeth built up and ground then hardened?
