Change the oil & check it again. Your problem seems to be severe. When you drain the oil, any water that has settled will come out of the pan first. Pay attention & see how much comes out (hold the drain plug up to the threads when draining the oil so the initial flow is slow (this way you can actually tell what is water). also check to see if you are getting any air bubbles in the radiator with the engine running. This will tell you if the head gasket has failed to seal a cyinder.
