Some of the 1937 F-12's had the angled steering shaft. I have a buddy with one. I was told some late orders for F-12s had the angled shaft as opposed to the horizontal. If the tag is missing and it's an F-12 or an F-14 the serial number will be next to the fuel pump stamped into the cast. It will define one from the other. I absolutly love this discussion forum and the rich diversity of expertise. While I don't do a bunch of posting I sure do a bunch of reading and I learn things every day. Best to all of my mentors!
