I don�t know a lot about green tractors, but if it has a power-shift transmission, check to make sure it shifts solidly. If it has a syncro-range, you should check out the synchronizers to make sure that they are working properly. Seems to me that the 3020 gas could be a heavy drinker, but the diesel was pretty easy on fuel. Other than the normal stuff like drawbar wear, three point wear, tires, etc I don�t know of anything else.

If you haven�t already, you might want to post this question on the John Deere board, they might have more knowledge about green tractors than we do over here.
