As others said, sounds like it is running too lean. If no main jet adjustment on the carb (likely is none), there may be something in the carb passages that is restricting fuel flow to the main jet. If all else fails, take the carb off and give it a good cleaning making sure all passages are open. Also, check the float level. May need to raise it up to have higher fuel level in bowl.
