YOu answer most of your questions except you believe it appears to run, and whether it has LPTO. The 200 did not have LPTO that i know of, so you arent gaining anything there that your JD B has. appearing to be running and running are two completely different things. I"d sure want to know for sure before I spent my hard earned cash. I was at a sale a year ago and a running 200 with fast hitch sold for $1200. I thought it was on the low side, but then it all depends on what it is worth to the individual buyer. You should have a mental opinion on what it would be worth to you, not what it is worth to someone else.
