Depends on what you hope to accomplish. A common power steering pump will do more work than you could imagine if it is set up properly. I don't know if you will find one with enough pressure to handle a front end loader or even raise a 3 point hitch, but it may be possible. If you are considering a power steering pump, look for one from a heavy truck.
