Go with the high compression pistons. If you don't have a high compression head (casting no 8043, I believe) get one of those too. They use a standard head gasket. Using both pushes the compression all the way up to 6.5:1. I think that there is still about 3/8" between the dome and the head. It makes a nice difference in an H.
