You can use a speedy sleeve on the shaft, but the hole the shaft goes through will have to be enlarged to accept the speedy sleeve. Best to have a machinest do it. Or you can have the groove filled. But, your machinest needs to use a procedure that does not get the shaft so hot that it loses its temper. Such procedures do exist--. The o-rings are generic, or you can get them from Case-IH.
