I too have been most happy with A & I on what I've purchased through their site. Somehow on my first order I got hooked-up to a dealrer somewhere up north and I just use their website to find what I'm looking for. I pay the price which appears on the website and I'm thinking that the dealer gets a % along with credit for the sale. The ordered item appears to be "drop shipped" from an A & I distribution center. Along with realistic prices, good products and prompt shipment, I am really happy with their UPS shipping charges. I recently ordered a swinging drawbar for my H which weighed 25 pounds or so and UPS shipping charge to my door was only $7.06.
