Cub serial confusion

Time has removed all of the paint and markings from my SN tag and all that remains is the numbers stamped into the plate. The book shows that the first line is the model # and the second line is the serial #. Mine reads 1st line: 131141 2nd line: 1800 Do I have a '47 or a '51? Shouldn't the model be FCUB? Thanks
