I forgot to mention your main bearings. You need to measure the main bearing journals too. The shaft should measure 2.1245" unless it is worn.
They recommend .0015" to .003" clearance. I would keep that clearance between .001" and .0015". You can get undersize bearings in
.001" &.002". I used .002" undersize on my A
on both the rods and mains since it had never been ground undersize and I had the shaft polished
at my local machine shop. Hal
