Hi Brian, I don't know what the history is on this old tractor other than it was restored down in the middle of Nebraska about 10 years ago. The rub was it just has the wrong seat frame on it. It does not fit the transmission cover right, and the seat pan will not bolt up to the frame right; so, I think it is off of an older tractor or something. Been drivin' me crazy just 'cause it is not 'correct'. I took the spring down to metal and just repainted it; left the shock just as I got it from Mike; gives it a nice 'contrast'. :>) Allan
