All the guards are already off the mower, in a bucket - that is not a problem. I have an anvil to peen the rivets flat on - that's not a problem, either. However, the guards don't appear to have holes drilled all the way through to put rivets in - am I missing something? Maybe I need to look closer at the guards after I clean them up with a wire brush. Again, thanks.
