Kory if you have a coil and distributor, here is the info. Gap the plugs at .025. Gap the points at .020. Take off the distributor cap, rotor and dust cover. Rotate the engine until you have one of the 4 high spots on the distributor cam opening the points. You will see a bolt in there to unloosen to set the gap. Also check for wiggle in the distributor cam. If you do have some, set the points about .015 instead. I had to do this on one of Ernie's Ms or the points would not close. As technique, don't forget to reinstall the dust cover, rotor and distributor cap. Runs better. :)
