odd steering wheel for F-20

My boy just called me about a steering wheel he ordered for me. He says it has holes facing the driver, in the steering rim, around 4in apart all around the hole. On the back of the wheel, inside the rim they are oval. I have had 4 20s and 2 30s and have never seen a wheel with holes in it. Have you??
