Question on wide front ( aftermarket)

I am putting a wide front I bought last summer on my M now it has a piece that goes towards the back it has 4 bolt holes in it If I figured this out right it is to be bolted to the frame rails but I probably have to drill holes in the rails dont I ? It is a heavy duty swaritz style. I have a lighter duty on my H so I know where the front bolts to.. Any one have any tricks on drilling the holes it looks like all 3/4 bolts to me so 13/16 holes should be good or If I have to I will get the hot saw out.. Any help would be great... thanks in advance Jim
