No, the tractor is not a Super MTA. I have driven a MTA for years. This is a straight M. I lever for shifter between high and low sits on the right side of the tractor-near where your belly pump lever would be. The only thing is the linkage says M@W on it (noticed after a better look). I am thinking it is just a m@w 9 speed. Thanks for the info though guys. Stuff like this bugs me-I try to keep up my knowledge on IH. Thought maybe they had some experimental deal out for a while.
