Is the F4 the saem as the H4. If you are close to Springfield,IL, I have one the tools to take the impusle off of the H4 mag. I do not want to sell it or loan it, but if you were to bring your mag by my shop, I would pull it for you. I am pretty sure the tool I got is a MT50, so it should work, Let me know.
