well that is not quite true they will still go out and pull 4x16's all day long or drag a 13 foot disc faster then you want to go across plowed ground . the biggest problem is that the are a nice big littel tractor they run the same gas engine as a late 706 or 756 and are a ton heavier and as far as using a lot of gas well they burn gas but so does and M , put and M under a two row picker in good corn and in the humps and bumps around here and it will tell ya when it is lunch time fill after lunch and it will quiet at supper time that 40 gallons in 8 hours under the plow that same amount will last you over 12.
