Michael: So sorry to hear of your uncle's accident. Some will argue that at 87 he shouldn't have been there. I disagree, far better for him than to be sitting around waiting to die. He did what he obviously enjoyed doing and had many more years of that enjoyment than most. I remember once as a very young man, listening to an elderly speaker at a farm convention. That speaker was the late Hon. Harry Hayes, Canada's minister of Agriculture in the 1960s. Harry was well into his 70s when he acquired that job. Someone asked if he was ever going to retire. His responce," A lot of my school boy friends retired 15 years ago, I guess to die, as most of them have." You people carry on and celebrate the full life your uncle led.
