through it. It seems like you're on the right
track. I'm guessing that the new pump will
take care of your problems without changing
the plumbing. That still doesn't seem like it
would have anything to do with the steering
rod bending. I suspect that my 4166 needs a
pump as well since it has similar symptoms.
Do you have a service manual for the tractor? I
have the Blue Ribbon manual, so if you need
any info from it, let me know. I'll be happy to
help if I can.
