6 of one, half dozen of the other. Sheet metal and decals (100 uses metal name plates instead of the stick on ones) will be more expensive for the 100. "Very little money" is going to cause you problems, smaller tractors may cost somewhat less repair, but you need cash flow, or it will take you a long time. Pick the one you think needs less work, and pay the additional cost.
