Red Power exhibit registration?

Do you have to pre-register to exhibit at the RPRU? This will be my first RPRU and don't know all the in's and out's. At all the local shows around the upstate SC,NC,GA area you don't have to. Just wondering if I need to do anything or just show up with whichever engine or tractor I decide to haul across the mountain. Thanks, Kevin
