Hey Bama Binder , I haven't seen you around for a while. You can get a tester to check actual oil pressure to ensure it is not a faulty oil pressure guage. I would persue what you are doing and check that no sludge has gotten into the pick up tube and pump. I had sludge build up on a B250 and I cleaned the pan and screen and now get consistent oil pressure. I was wondering if the pan had ever been dented in and straightened back out without checking the screen, it seems unusual for the screen to be bent up in, but over time it may have.
