I didn't see your post about the touch control unit, which is now on page 3. My units only have one cover, I believe it's the rear one you are talking about. On my C I had a heck of a time getting the cover off -- it was stuck pretty good. I used a thin, rigid putty knife, the odd shaped one, forgot what they are called (at any paint store), and carefully tapped it in with a hammer at several places, finally broke loose, no leaks upon reinstallation. As to the screw, I don't remember (as usual), but my parts book shows a "plug and screen, pressure regulator valve orfice", lower right corner of reservoir back plate. If that is the one, remove it. With all the bolts out the cover is just stuck -- I posted on this forum with the same problem about 3 years ago.
