Look at some of the bidding they do, it is one dollar at a time 30 times. They are simply screwing around and have no intentions of buying. I had one guy who was the winning bidder on a tractor I sold. YT notified me and I contacted him. Even though I had spelled out the terms and told him the terms, he never complied. If you don't hit an honest buyer the auction site is a waste.
