Same thing happened on my Super A, the spacer is held in place by the v belt pulley for my Woods mower, it does leak a little. On my C I removed the pulley because it cannot be used with my Saginaw 3 point. The spacer is held in place with a plastic tie thing on the shaft -- It leaks less that the Super A. I think that is a rather common problem, unless someone has a sure fix.
