Cultivators a bit newer than that had quite a bit of blue etc. on them, but I believe that from that time they were mostly red. You may want to dig through the paint decisions. They are available on-line at The Wisconsin Historical Society site at: http://www.shsw.wisc.edu/archives/ihc/index.html Be sure to read "How to search the Paint Committee decision files:" because you can be misled if you don't understand how they work.
