484 International Harvester

I allready asked this question,on what year this 484 International Harvester(diesle) tractor was,,i think someone told me it was between a 1978-84?
Well upon looking at the tractor,,it looks a bit older....i think,,but i dont know anything about tractors.It has only one power steering cylinder(on the right),it has high and low,(flip up leaver,by stick shift),and it also has the "low " fenders.It also has a small round "thing",on the dash,to show that the glow plugs are "glowing"I was looking here at the photo section,,and all the 79's -80's seem to have the "high"fenders.Im confused,,was this tractor"put together" from older parts?.....Thanks.....GW.
