Yeh, too bad we can�t do winters like some utility companies do bills and �average� them out. That way it would never be too cold, snow but not too much or too little. I have to agree that most winters here in southeast SD are not like the ones that I remember growing up as a kid. I�ve been waiting to take my new snow �toy� out too this winter, maybe next week I can as there is snow in the forecast.
