square nut keepers for tinwork

I have a 300 IH and am missing several of those keepers that a threaded philips head bolt screws into and holds the tinwork on. They look like heavy gauge sheet metal that is folded around a square nut and then has tabs that fold over the sides of the square hole underneath. I have inquired at my local tractor repair salvage shop and they said they did not have any and did not know where one could get replacements. Can anyone tell me where you can get replacements.
