Hi Brian. Try OEM. They mostly deal in Metal, but it's worth a try.
What I'm using for an under the seat box is a small piece of waterbed rubber. Admitting to a little dumpster diving, you can always find puntured mattresses, and that is about the handiest sheet rubber that there is.
