I've unstuck a few F-20's in my day and always I've had to take the head off. Pull the spark plugs and make sure a mouse nest is not in a cylinder. Pour your cocktail in each cylinder and pull the valve cover. Check to make sure none of the valves are stuck and soak them as well. It's always a good idea to rehone your cylinders and replace the rings on a stuck engine. It keeps from a costly engine rebuild later. You only need to pull the head and oil oan to hone and replace rings. Good luck.
