The trouble is that you have to take the shaft out of the water pump to get at the pulley. It won't come off the front. The IT manual says to remove the radiator to remove the water pump. Just thinking about removing the radiator gives me a cramp in my thumb. There is a pin in the fixed side of the pulley ....
