My dad's H got so bad that before he finally got it overhauled, a couple of plugs would foul within an hour. Temporary fix was to get plugs that "fired in oil", think the brand was stitts, or statts, or something like that, have never heard of them since -- but no gas in the oil. As mentioned below, I think you have a float problem.
