I agree with all the posts, but especially with Wayne. It would take an awful lot of fuel to get that much past the rings if the spark was firing at all. Some spark plugs will never fire properly again if they have been fouled too much. Does it sound like shes hitting on all cylinders just after you clean the plug? Also check the sparkplug wire with an ohm meter if you have one and compare to the other wires, check the coil wire too. Keep us posted.
