'06 series hyd noises? 806 farmall

I know I have run across something about this before but I can't put my finger on it. We have a 1965 806 diesel that has always made alot of noise. At first it sounds like a power steering pump whining but we are thinking that it is the hydraulics or something.

It whines all the time and RPM's have little effect on it, neither does it being cold or hot, noise is consistent. I have heard that a little noise on these tractors are normal but really it is annoying and loud, is there anything that can be done for an easy fix?

Someone told me once that I should pour some "Mystic oil treatment" in the hydraulic oil, has anyone tried or recommend this? Any thought or suggestions would sure be great, thanks again.
