Thanks. The tractor could have been over heated. I have only had it a couple of months. Would a crack in the head or block be obvious with 12lbs of pressure on the cooling system? I would think a crack on a cold engine with that much pressure would show up in a steady drip of coolant into the crankcase. I hate to do a bunch of work on sleeves if the block or head is cracked.
