I think one from W4 fits the H, one from a W6 should fit an M. Beyond that, I don't believe any other IH starters will work, I can be corrected. I don't believe the A,B,C, ones will fit. The ones on the Super H and M are 3 bolt. The H and M starters thenselves have different part numbers. If both of your starters work and you want to convert to 12 volt, you do not need to change the starter. If you have a long time Case-IH dealer, someone there may know. Don't be discouraged by negative comments. The person in question is getting worse, and likely will be banned from this board if he keeps it up, as the moderator can trace his IP number and cut him off.
