I am trying to get the crank pulley off the front of my B. I was surprised to find the crankshaft had a threaded hole in the front of it. The hole is about the same size as the screw on my puller and the puller keeps working its way inside the threaded hole, stripping the threads on both of them. Since the puller isn't set against a flat, solid surface, I can't get the pulley off either. Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can get the pulley out without ruining the puller and the threads in the crankshaft? Thanks
