The problem is the rack adjustment. Take the oil filler tube off the pump. looking down in the pump you will see a threaded rod with two nuts one being a lock nut. Loosen the lock nut, unhook one injector line, start on gas and back the nut out until there is no diesel going through the injector line, then tighten the locknut. This should stop diesel from flowing when running on gas.
