I don�t know if that particular retainer has them, but some have holes drilled and taped in them to put bolts in to �press� the bearing off. Some times after getting them to move some, I have turned the retainer a bit, put nuts between the retainer and housing and put bolts through them. This also will help back it off, but you still need to use caution and turn the bolts a little bit at a time and evenly or you can break the retainer.
