Farmall F-12 w/ single front wheel

hello,
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the value of a farmall F-12 with a single front wheel. Here is a short discription of the tractor. The engine is free and it is very rusty, but nothing is rusted out. The rear wheels are a very nice set of cutoffs and the front is a single solid rubber wheel. Everything else is there. The tractor is looks rough but complete and in my opinion, an easy fix for someone.
